Our privacy policy is simple. We will never sell, distribute, rent, or share your personal information outside our organization, period! We use industry standards to help minimize the risk from others seeing your information.

If you are a registered member we will periodically send you relevant information and news about new Wacky Wild Science presentations and events. If you ever wish to be permanently taken off our list just go to Remove Name and we will respectfully remove your name. You may always rejoin and be able to access teacher downloads and specials.

Wacky Wild Science Adventures (WackyWild.com), herein known as "Site" is owned and operated by Cool Bug, LLC, a Florida Corporation. By visiting/using/accessing the Site, you agree that the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and Conditions and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and WackyWild.com, Cool Bug, LLC or its affiliates and subsidiaries.

Usage by children under 18 - We cannot prohibit minors from visiting the Site. We must rely on parents, teachers, guardians and those responsible for supervising children under 18 to decide which materials are appropriate for such children to view. WackyWild.com is family friendly but does not knowingly sell products or services directly to children.

Copyright - You acknowledge that the Site contains information, data, photographs, videos, typefaces, logos, graphics, sounds, and other material (collectively "Content") that are protected by copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights, and that these rights are valid and protected in all forms, media and technologies existing now or hereinafter developed.
